Meet CeCe, living with hATTR amyloidosis.

I kept having different symptoms and kept getting misdiagnosed. My hands are in extreme pain. Now my feet hurt. I’m out of breath. I can barely walk. Working with my doctors, we were searching for the answer. I’d reached my tipping point.

I finally found a doctor who helped piece it all together and tested me for hereditary ATTR (hATTR) amyloidosis. It’s an inherited condition that can affect different parts of the body including your nerves, heart, and digestive system. I tested positive for a gene mutation associated with hATTR amyloidosis. Finally, I had the right diagnosis.
